Hawee M&E and its Customer Services at Five Star Garden
These days, the Five Star Garden Project Management Board completely delivered the A & B Buildings to the investor and is in the final stages of delivery of the C & D Buildings. Hence, Hawee M&E customer service department becomes busier with calls for support, continually listening and receiving feedback from residents there.
The greatest value that Hawee makes to its customers is a quality and safe life. Quality means not just the quality of equipment or M&E facilities, but also the quality of services to be provided to residents once the project goes into operation. Striving to be “Truly Your Partner”, Hawee has its own Customer Service Department with more than 30 technical staffs who handle all requests from the investor and residents throughout the project delivery. After the delivery, Hawee maintains a system maintenance plan as committed to the investor during the first two years of the project, operated by a 50-member warranty department, using 3 dedicated vehicles to ensure the field troubleshooting within 6 hours upon request.

Located at No. 2 Kim Giang, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi, Five Star Garden is a project executed by Hawee as a contractor for the construction of electrical systems, indoor and outdoor water supply and drainage systems and HAVC systems. At present, the project has been handed over and welcomed residents to stay in A and B areas.
Mr. Tran Xuan Thanh, a resident in Building B, said, “My family has just moved to Five Star Garden for over two months. At first, I only found the electrical and water supply systems were installed in a clean, neat and aesthetic way. But later on, I was particularly impressed by Hawee’s support for residents. At each project handed over, Hawee delivers to each resident an apartment M&E system operating manual complied and designed by it, including the full system drawings and instructions for use in a simple writing and easy to understand manner so that each resident can own the M & E systems in the apartment where he/she lives. In particular, Hawee provides residents with its Hotline numbers for direct responses to customers’ problems encountered while using the Hawee products. Most of the problems are handled before finding their causes to ensure continued operation, avoiding possible effects to residents’ daily lives.

As a woman, I am almost helpless with the power and water system when something goes wrong. But it is safe to stay here because I can call Hawee directly for assistance. Everything is easier.”
